    No worries, glad it helped.

    I could have done the same with a wall of numbers, but it seemed to be worthwhile to sketch it up.

    It made me think, because typically the optic vs. bore axis is done with the bullet trajectory flat. In your case, since your targets height was invariant with distance, I had to skootch the angle of the bullet trajectory up a bit, so that the optic trajectory was flat. -1.5 degrees in that diagram.

    Good call on the 407c. I'm a big fan of the 6 MOA dot.

    Check out this thread by @Chomps it illustrates with bullet holes what happens when the zero is abnormally close and what can happen with that when you go out further...

    It's more extreme because it's PCC height over bore but it's the same principle.
