Anyone aware of a prism optic that’s just a dot?

I have astigmatism and have a PA microprism that I can see wonderfully. However, I’d prefer a less busy reticle. A simple dot would be perfect. I’ve been unable to find such a thing. Are any of y’all aware of one? This sits atop a rifle. Thanks in advance.

I used to have that optic, it's really good although with my particular astigmatism I would still see a doubling of the circles. I called it the "The Tactical Titty Reticle".
