CHPWS milled my commander, and did a great job of it.
Mounted my RMRCC atop.
Their work was fine with me.
Interesting optic.

Ok, there is red and green dot, plus a multi-reticle. So at least they are doing that.
...its funny how things change with respect to multi-reticle, now folks like the options. Reminds me of a cheap Lucid optic on my 22. Then I ran over to Lucid since it's been a long time since they've made any news.
Look at their E7. Guess it's made by the same place that makes the Duty:

"Arco" mounting, huh? Great attention to detail there. /s
I'm setting a sense some of this stuff (not necessarily the CHPWS stuff, just generally) might be coming out of the same Chinesium churners as these disgusting items...
I have said it before and I will say it again. IP theft should be prosecuted.

That still looks more like the Swampfox Kraken to me than the Acro. One of 2 things is going on here: either they are using the same OEM and tweaked the design to use the Acro footprint, or there is some design stealing going on between the Chinese factories. Something that is very interesting is the EDC optic has an identical battery tray to Holosun optics. For better or worse, China is catching up fast on optic technology. Primary Arms is about to release their SLX LPVOs with a fiber optic LED dot wire reticle, something that has eluded Chinese optics for a long time and used to be the strict purview of $1000 and up scopes. It's crazy to think that in 5 years there might be a $300 scope that matches the Vortex Razor 1-6, which I consider the gold standard of what an LPVO should be and own one I paid full price for.
Boom!
Not boom as in Boom Squad. Boom as in look what I got.

Congrats.
Following with interest.
When CHPWS first introduced these, I emailed them about the manufacturer.
Flat out told me that they are made in China, by a company that produces parts for BMW.
I'll be interested in the performance. Awaiting the results. 😉
