Where do these fall in the product line / history of Winchester?

I recall the days of Winchester Black Talon, how they rebranded due to social / political pressure. I recall the SXT, a black box version, a tan box, Black bullets that were not Talons, but mostly were, nickle cased, brass cased, etc.

So the original question is where did these fall within that timeline?

I bought a pile of Winchester 357 Sig JHP, it was post black talon, circa 2002-05 and they did not make a "bonded" version at that time. So had to be after that I am guessing. But somebody who has access to the old LE catalogs can tell you when that item number came into being.
