Seeing a pic of a SA being handled cocked with safety off = cringe.

But for Staccato, most YouTubers wouldn't even know what a thumb safety is or does.

Got to finger bang one of these today. If the compacts are as nice as the full size, I will probably give in to temptation and buy one. The one I looked appeared to be made exceptionally well. Excellent trigger, pulling the slide back was crazy smooth.

DWX Compact + Direct milled optic + porting from Monsoon Tactical sounds like a badass combination.

I think I will be getting the compact optic cut model when it becomes available.

    out of here

    Ordered a full size

Finally broke down and bought a full size version.

I figure I “need” a Limited gun for Steel Challenge so I can get some trigger time with the gun.

If I like it enough then I’ll send it off for optic milling (or buy another one).

    Ordered some mag extensions.

The mag release has me a little concerned since it’s supposedly specific to this gun.

I usually like a bigger paddle and a weaker spring.

    We shall see.
