The end of a fire department training house

My department has been using this house for training for several years and the property owner decided it was time for the house to go. We ran a mock-live fire scenario.

My engine crew was responsible for setting a supply line to the first in engine then pulling in a 200ft 2 1/2" - 150ft 1 3/4" skid load, to the "C" side(rear) of the house to protect exposures, then open up the back side of the house, turning they two rear windows basically into doors with a chain saw until the chain went south and we finished the job with a k12 and hand tools. Afterwards once the scenario was finished, we lit it and let it go. All that remains is a standing chimney, which I'll have to get a picture of for a before and after.

I had my new iPhone 5 on me so I figured what better time to try out the panoramic, I still need some practice, not sure if it's my speed, or the inconsistent lighting from the fire, but I notice some weird effects going on with the pictures.

I've seen that scenario dozens of times around here, none of them planned though

I see a distinct lack of S'mores in those photos.......

I jest. I'm glad you gents got a chance to have some real hands-on practice, that must be getting pretty rare these days.

Pretty impressive photos for a cellphone

Glad to see we weren't the only ones who had training burns as a sort of spontaneous decision of a Fire Captain in a ghetto.
Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.
