Thank you for taking the time to do this (correctly) for all who've asked. Compliments on the clear videography.

Interesting little cartridge. It does seem to live up to the marketing hype. I think it would be really nifty in something like the SIG 938 or Kimber Micro 9.

I'm just using my cell phone in super slow mode, but it seems to work well.

For what some professionals might call ''minimal equipment'', your results are surprisingly good.

If you will pardon my boldness here, if you would like to mitigate the ''bright spot'' from your illumination source and, in the process provide a more even backlight, I would highly recommend using a thin translucent sheet of polypropylene like this...

...set back just a couple of feet from the block (in front of your light source). It's a relatively inexpensive way ($10.00 + shipping) to dissipate glare and more evenly 'back' illuminate your test block.

Ammunition availability and these tests is really pushing me to follow through on getting a gun in this.

Probably after the new year I will break down and get a Shield Plus.
It will also work out I can do a direct comparison to a 9mm Plus, as I have access to one, so side by side impressions of recoil and blast will be possible.

I could sort of go for an original sized G43 in .30 super carry. It’s been some time since I sprung for a hipster gun.

Lucky Gunner has plenty of .32 S&W Long for sale, but no .32 H&R Magnum or .327 Federal Magnum

If a simple barrel swap would allow one to fire 9mm, or if a .30 Super Carry gun would also function with .32 ACP, then I might be seriously interested.

However, that is not the case, so I think I'll stick with revolvers or auto pistol cartridges like 10mm or .357 SIG, if I'm feeling hip
