OWB Holster suggestions for Glock 19 w/ Surefire X300U. Quick-clips would be a bonus

I’ve carried a Glock 19 (without a light) for the last couple of years in a Stealthgear OWB Ventcore holster. I love this holster and, when I decided to upgrade to a Glock with a red dot and light, I ordered another Stealthgear holster. One of the features of the Stealthgear Ventcore OWB holster is the quick-clips for the belt that makes the holster super-easy for me to put on and takeoff without having to contort my bad shoulder in weird and awkward positions while looping my belt through the belt-clips. It’s aLao nice to be able to remove the Glock and holster easily for quick trips into the post office, etc.

I could not be more disappointed with the new Stealthgear holster that arrived today. With the retention screw fully loosened I cannot pull my Glock out of this holster with one hand. It’s so tight there’s clearly an issue with their Kydex mold or the entire design. It also has wings made from a new material that they claim is better; It’s clearly cheaper and inferior to the old style clips. This holster is unusable and will be going back.

I ordered a JMCK OWB2 light bearing holster. I’m happy with JMCK holsters but would still like a holster as comfortable as the Stealthgear Ventcore OWB with the quick-clips if anyone knows of one?

PS - I’ll take suggestions for a belt too. I currently use a Kore Essentials Tactical model belt and it feels like a barrel-band around my waist. Maybe leather would be better material. With or without an inner-core?

I use straight drop Dale Fricke Gideons for my G19/G45 and also for 1911 Operators. I've ordered them for the SF 300U and they also work fine when the gun wears my older SF 300.

I don't think it is available with a clip. It's awfully easy on/off however. I like his relatively narrow space for the loops vs pancake designs.

You’ve already ordered my go-to OWB2, so you should be covered for the short term at least. Tony has mentioned a clip-on idea he has for the OWB1, but he’s been so busy it’s on a back burner.

Blade Tech has a clever quick clip design for their eclipse holsters, but unfortunately they quit making light bearing holsters years ago. I'm not sure if their Belt-Lok mod is adaptable to other kydex pancake holsters, but it might be worth investigating and playing around with. If you wanted to try a non-pancake style OWB, if you get one compatible with the Safariland pattern I think the Safariland paddle is way underrated. It's the only paddle I would trust, it locks onto the belt really well. I had one of my sons lift me off the ground trying to pull it out and I am a very large human.
On belts, I've come to dislike EDC belts with plastic cores. Scuba webbing with stitching is more than stiff enough. Wilderness belts are the gold standard, and I like Blue Alpha cobra belts the best. I have a Nexbelt with a plastic core and I've been trough two warranty replacements because the inner plastic always breaks in half somewhere.

Just wanted to thank you guys for your suggestions. Frustrated that I’m gonna miss some Black Friday deals but I’m gonna keep looking around and researching / thinking about my setup. The JMCK holster and current belt will work for a while. I’ll look at the suggestions each of you made. Thank you.

No clips, but the Gideon Elite is a very good holster.

I was playing with these before I settled on JMCK’s OWB2 as my standard. They’re decent holsters.
