Lost River Ammunition

It was damn cold last weekend but I shot a couple quick mag's
through my carry XL and a hand full of rd's through my LCR
and I've got to say, Lost River's full 148gr WC's were impressive,
they seemed a little hotter than Federal's but very manageable
and pleasant to shoot and every bit as accurate, I was hitting
3-4" off hand on a plate at 15yd's and my last cylinder shot
5rd's in an inch inside a 2" square at 7, best I've done with that LCR.
I was happy, cold, out of ammo and that was a good time to quit,
5 rd's from that box are in the gun now.

I just put up 1K rounds of .38 Short Colt on the site.

Got some 10mm components in (finally!), and there are 10-100 round boxes on the site of the 200 grain 1150 FPS load.

I will be gone from 03-1 through 03-05, though when I get back, I expect to have another, larger batch of components ready to go into production.

Monday I will be shipping whatever orders come in over the weekend.

I received 2 boxes of the .38 Short Colt yesterday.
Great looking ammo and hopefully I will have the opportunity to shoot some tomorrow.

I didn't receive a cat with mine. Perhaps I should have doubled the order...

I am fresh out of cats at the moment. Simon the gangster cat is still at the old place, though I understand my kiddos have been threatening to bring him this next weekend. He was a stray we adopted. Basically a thug of a Tomcat that has assimilated into being a part time indoors cat and part time outdoors cat.

You may not want him in your house though. Last year he brought well over 20 live snakes into the house to use as toys..









We did a bunch of "catch and release" on the darn things, walking down the road and letting them go in a field.




Nothing like waking up to the loudest screams ever, thinking someone was being killed, and responding as you can imagine, only to find the girls looking at a snake. Finally they got used to it...
