I still wonder if that's a larger opening than a 9mm. Seeing the pic of the Bull Shadow, there seems to be more metal around 9mm hole than on the promo pic.
Could the contours in the muzzle match a 97? The top of the slide seems to come up a bit higher over the barrel than a Shadow 2... like on a 97. That said, the hole doesn't seem big enough for a .45. But if it's larger than a 9mm... and smaller than a .45...
Could this be a 10mm based on the 97?

Although a refreshment of the P01/P07/Phantom series would be nice, I imagine CZUB is teasing something like a bull barrel TS.

Your mentioning the dust cover give me TS2 vibes. This is probably a bull barrel TS2. The graininess of the brightened image lends me to believe what we are looking at is most likely a computer rendering.
That is not the front end of the P-07/09.
Also, I can't see any way an optics ready P-07/09 doesn't require suppressor sights.
