I should know better than to expect an optics ready P-07/09. I'm thinking another Shadow SAO with a 5" barrel, since the DWX is vaporware and the market is favoring metal framed, double stack SAOs.

That looks a lot more like the muzzle end of a Shadow 2 than the prototype of the DWX that I saw. Having said that, I’d much rather it be a DWX…

I would buy an optics-ready P-07, and almost certainly buy a Shadow3. Zero interest in 2011-like guns that other companies already make plenty of.

+1,000 on the first, solid maybe on the second. On the third point you forgot to add "And GET OFF MY LAWN!"

Are there any optics-ready polymer da/sa guns on the market? A ton of people offer optics cuts for the p07/p09 (more than for other similar guns) so there must be some market for it.

I don't think so? Fortunately the 07/09 lends itself to a nice low optic cut. I have a slide at StoneBridge right now getting cut for an EPS.

    That’s neat. Looks like it’s got the slide-in-the-frame setup—so prolly not a P-07/09.

Shadow 3 sounds like a good bet. Maybe it’ll be a “Shadow Carry”?

Also… I’m a shitty judge of diameter, apparently. That’s a 9mm hole, right? It looks like it could be a bit larger…

Shadow2 on left. P07 on right.

Hmm. So it could potentially be a P-07 kinda thing. For sone reason I thought the frame/slide fit would be different on the polymer frame gun.
