Just your finish and would still be fine even if they were little metal dings.
Looks like the marks nearest the end of the barrel are just mars and maybe can be polished off???
The marks closer to the cylinder look like small indentations through the PVD coating and into the aluminum of the frame. If so, those would be harder to make go away but don't look serious enough to affect the function of the gun. Like the first parking lot door ding in a new car, you;re off the hook for needing to keep it pristine. Just enjoy shooting it and tell people you got it dinged up in a gunfight. (don't actually say that... just kidding)
Good news is that if you did chip the coating, the aluminum frame won't rust.
