Well… clinch pick it is. I wasn’t expecting this level of support to it, but that was a pretty easy decision. It certainly speaks volumes about it.
That is a good point on the grip of the SMR. That would be terrible trying to grip that thing with slippery hands.
I'll stray from the consensus somewhat: I haven't been able to commit to the school of the reverse edge because of the knife's limited use for general cutting tasks. Yes, it is a great dedicated tool, but ideally I want to be able to do other things with it, too.
I'm a really big fan of the Bawidamann Muninn. It's a perfect size for EDC and the sheath is done exceptionally well. Comes with a DCC clip so that IWB carry setup is a breeze.

I’ve been thinking about getting an El Niño for this purpose. Is there some reasoning that the CP is preferred over the El Niño ?
