    Dark Star Gear

    Anyone here have a direct contact with Dark Star Gear? I know the are talked about highly here, so I ordered from them on 11/23/22. Their website had an error and charged my card 3 times for the same order. I have emailed them multiple times, used their “contact us” form on their website, and PMed them on here as well. Absolutely no response whatsoever. All I want is a refund for the extra charges.

    Sorry, we don't often check PM's here. I just checked our processor and found three transactions from the same person and took care of two. Gotta dig through email limbo and see where the contact form email went.


    On less busy times we can usually scrub the timeout issues same day, but pre-Black Friday and Black Friday was a little nuts. Sorry we didn't get it sooner.
