I started smoking pipes and cigars as a teenager and inhaled the smoke. Do you guys inhale when smoking? I no longer smoke but enjoy reading about good cigars. I still have a pipe but keep it unloaded.

In college I smoked cigars, pipes, and cigarettes. Inhale for the latter and neither of the former, even when I smoked all three. I’ve since dropped the cigarettes and smoke cigars and pipes much less frequently than I used to.
The “correct” approach to pipes and cigars is definitely not inhaling. Especially if you don’t bump up your tolerance by chewing or smoking cigarettes, you get more than enough nicotine without lunging the things, to the extent nicotine intake is even the point.
I like to roll the smoke around and exhale through my nose maybe 50% but don't inhale much.
When I was a kid, maybe 14 or 15, I swiped a cigarette from mom and by the time I had smoked (inhaled) half of it I had my one and only genuine migraine. Have never smoked another cigarette. I'm repulsed even putting one to my lips.

I see I'm out of my league. I smoked John Ruskin and Florida Queen 15 cent cigars and later splurged on Roi Tans. I think these trash cigars made me immune to tear gas.
smoked a bunch of them this past week on the kid's spring break.
Possibly my new favorite. Even smoked one back to back with either a David or a Goliath and frankly preferred the Oliva.
Will require more testing!
