I don't know if it will be effective, and I'm sure it'll piss off some traditionalists...but it's an interesting take. I have to admit the balloons on the horses and the officer at the end (I won't spoil it) made me think FWPD has a sense of humor anyway.

To no one's amazement and everyone's amusement it backfired, bigly.
That was the last 40+ recruit class ever( they had been graduating 2 of those per year and still struggling), and most of that class either left for another agency, or left LE completely. He's been dribbling out 15-20 recruits a year since.
I guess he never heard of the interwebs.
