If I’m carrying IWB, it’s AIWB. I don’t carry IWB behind the hip. For my uses, the Zero beats everything else I’ve tried.

I've used Wilderness belts with various widths, stitching and buckles with great satisfaction since the late 1980s, so when I needed an additional belt this year, I stayed with them-5 Stitch, 1.5" model.

I want the Tenicor Zero underbelt and V Dev Megingjörð to merge.

Belts that are stiff at the 6:00 position wear on me by the end of the day. I don't need a super stiff belt across my lower back. A zippered pocket at the 6:00 position would be cool too. Because reasons.

    - Tenicor Zero buckle
    - Loop outer in places where it doesn't conflict with the buckle
    - pliable, non rigid material from 5:00 to 7:00
    - zippered pocket at the 6:00

If someone has a use case for typical, non duty EDC concealed carry and needs a stiff belt at the 6:00 position, please share why.

I've worn Wilderness for years, but I recently switched to a Tenicor Zero. It's a little more flexible and easier on my lower back. I'm usually pocket carrying a J-Frame but when I carry on the belt it is AIWB.

Another reason I switched from Wilderness. I was using the rest room at a shopping facility and after I came out the kids remarked they could tell I was in there using the throne because they could hear my belt buckle jingling.

Same, since the early 90s. I just bought a new 5 stitch, and need to order a new Frequent Flyer.

How adjustable is the Zero after you mount your AIWB rig?

Me: G19 in JMCK Wing Claw 2 with clips. Mastermind belt.

I find myself clipping on the holster/gun with the tail open and the belt a bit loose around the waist, then adjusting the holster position (depends on pants a bit... ) and then cinching the tail over the clips at a comfortable tightness.

Looking at the Zero, I'd lose being able to cover the clips with the tail and it looks like adjusting the tightness after mounting the holster would be more difficult, or, at minimum, require more fiddling around accessing the under-tail to adjust it.

    We wear them differently RGB.

I put the Zero on somewhat loosely and then put my AIWB on...right side appendix carry at about 12.30 to 1. I have a soft Mastermind pouch that is worn on the left side IWB at about 11.30. It affixes with velcro. I put that on and leave the velcro open for the moment.

I pull the belt tail tight (going to the left, away from the holster side), while pulling on the buckle at the same time...and once the tension is where I want it, I close the velcro on the mag pouch.

Easy peasy, and fast. But again, I don't put the running end of the belt back over the holster clips. So, it depends on how you're willing to wear it.

I wear mine the same way Blues does, with the tail going away from the holstered gun. How easy the belt is to adjust after the holster is attached depends on what else is mounted to it. With just the holster on, it’s fairly easy to tighten or loosen. Once I start adding things like my magazine pouch and Clinch Pick which all attach to the belt with PTD loops, it becomes much more difficult to make adjustments to the tension of the belt itself. If I have to adjust tension once I add the magazine pouch, I’ll leave the loop unsnapped, make the tension adjustment, and then snap the loop back in place.

I've been pretty happy with the Nexbelt "Supreme Appendix", and find the push button buckle particularly handy for adjusting the tightness. That said, with all the positive comments about the Tenicor Zero belt, has anyone tried both of these and could offer a comparison?

    Thanks!
