Anyone know of a nitriding service that will do individual items?
Are you loyal to the constitution or the “institution”?
Most of them are going to hit you with a minimum lot charge of a few hundred bucks.
Burlington Industries in CA is a go-to for this.
I've had luck getting individual parts plated for reasonable cost by dropping them off at Briley and waiting while they accumulated a job size lot to send to their vendor. Don't know if they do that with nitride.
