    Not really a hawken though. A TC renegade is close enough for me.

    I had a .54 TC hawken for a long time but foolishly sold it.

    I always admired the stainless T/C rifles. Are they still around?

    The only thing I like about the hawken is the patch box because I like roundballs but I'll survive. I like the no brass better though so it's a wash.

    That Hatchet Jack was a wild one. Lived with a she mountain lion in a cave up in the Musselshell. She never did get used to him.

    I'm just thinking about shooting for hours in my backyard at 14 with my hawken. I really miss those days

    I had a .36cal Colt replica in college I used to toss in a backpack, hop on my bike and ride a mile or two outside of town and burn good beer money.
