PACER is publicly accessible but you have to set up an account and there are fees for accessing documents.,
IIRC, ten cents a page. If you keep your downloads under a certain amount per quarter, they won't bill you. And I believe that the price per document is capped at $3, so if it runs over thirty pages, you're not hit with a big charge.

Before you pay for a document with PACER, try RECAP. A group of people got so irritate that the government is charging us to to download public documents that they created software that creates a free to use database of court filings from people who pay to use PACER. This is particularly useful for popular cases. Instead of thousands of people paying to download a filing, the first person pays (and contributes the download to PACER) and then everyone else can download it for free.
Google Scholar also had a number of cases. I haven't used it since I retired, so I don't know if it's still an option.
