Zinged this guy on my first ever hog hunt with a 742 in 30-06. He's around 200 lbs and I'm looking forward to a ton of sausage.

This year's buck ... taken from farther away than I'd have liked with a 16" 6.8SPC, 126lbs field dressed:

I posted these in my journal, but didn’t find this thread. Good bump.

Spent a week in Limpopo region of South Africa this summer, with Stanley Pieterse Safaris, www.spsafaris.com. An amazing experience.

    Dang, that's a nice buck.

Except for the first deer I ever shot at, this was the longest shot I've ever taken. I didn't feel good about the shot when it broke, but everything worked out pretty well.

A few of my girlfriends trophy's. I really like how this wall came out. She also did all the taxidermy.

40 yards low light armadillo kill. My little girl spotted it and my dog will try and eat them so I nipped this one in the bud as I had a perfect backstop. 14.5" ar with a single hornady 223 55 grain GMX round and surefire scout light for illumination. No extra cost for the legs

Keeping the dog happy. 20 gauge Franchi, close flush, with very solid point. Easy with a good dog and an early season bird.

This is picture of him on point during pre-season training:

Someone needs "Diller Killer" under their name on here. I totally endorse the shorts and flip flops!
