So, in that case, when was it illegal to merely possess a stock? (constructive intent bullshit aside).

Am I missing something here? lol.
    No you're not missing anything.

If you gave it away you lost the item with no compensation.

If you sold it you lost the item for less than the replacement value.

Either way you incurred a loss due to an illegal rule change.

Got my last two back today, KAC 11.5 AR and a B&T GHM9, Submitted same time as the others that I have had back for a while now...

Still waiting for my Scorpion to be cleared.

At this point I’m on the fence, the plan was to special order a Scorpion stock from Czechia, but I don’t want to be holding a $200 plastic paperweight in the event they reverse their approvals

IANAL, but I can’t see how they could reverse this now. It would be unprecedented.

The whole situation is unprecedented. They’re pretty much making it up as they go along.

I'm at 5 out of 6 approved, All submitted over the course of one evening in mid May. First was only 2-3 weeks after that submission, the rest have been trickling in at totally random intervals.

I got two out of a bunch rejected because what I selected in the pull down manual didn't exactly match what was marked on the side of the receiver. The note said to submit a revised paper form 1 within 60 days. I initially submitted a photo and fingerprints, will I need a new photo and fingerprints with these hard copy submissions?

WT actual F, nobody could have told me that in six months? (And both of my prior eForm 1s were approved with an electronic signature on that form.)
This exact thing just happened to me. (Originally e-submitted near the end of May.) I was given 72 hours to make corrections, which I did, but sheesh.
