    My opinion is that these will still be within the new guidelines, there is no way these short featureless RE AR pistols could get jammed up.

    This might be my path with the MP5 since we have a 29" OAL rule in Maryland.

    ATF sends you free cards, Amazon also works. Don't forget "inkless" ink".

    Key point: make sure to follow the guides on how to fill out the cards. If you forget to enter a particular field, they can reject the cards. Some examples are: person taking fingerprints. If you are doing it yourself, that's you.

    Don't worry about the quality. Just experiment a few times on paper before doing. I had 6 approvals with my "home-rolled" fingerprints.
