Also of note, the barrel is a generic cheapo barrel that I trimmed and crowned as well as threaded deeper to seat the PMM comp.
Accuracy was not affected.
This is at 25 yards on a 1” paster.

So I super love this and decided to upgrade some stuff.
Ordered a True barrel and a Brownell’s RMR cut slide. It has some lightening cuts so should help the comp balance.

Ordered a $20 ebay mag catch that extends the button rearward so I can get to it more easily for reloads.
It indexes EXACTLY like my CZs now at full speed.
Pretty impressed at how low the SRO cut is, too.
I put it to short slide configuration.
VERY fast to draw from AIWB without the extra length to clear.
The issue with the G26 when trying to run comps is that there aren’t good RSA solutions.
So uncompensated might be the ticket.
JCN, did you ditch the the comp because of reliability issues or was it more for performance/recoil timing ?

With some of my weaker ammo, it choked a little and the dual spring recoil assembly is harder to work with.
I got to the point where I didn’t get great lock up and that’s no Bueno.
I’m using this gun for some of the Timmy drills and a number of them disproportionately weigh the draw.
Which is a function of grip length to get a rapid grasp, slide length to clear the holster, lighter weight and no safety.
I was ripping 0.80 concealed dry alphas to 7 yards with this setup.
The contour of the Brownell’s slide isn’t quite the same as a Glock so the PMM rubs a little which prevents good lock up so I shimmed it to leave a little gap. I may Dremel clearance the inside of the PMM wings but it’s pretty thin there.
Turns out I was having some interference with the PMM comp and the Brownell’s slide that I was misattributing to recoil spring weight.
Running the gun with 130 Syntech and it’s shooting great again, using the stock (worn) OEM spring.
I have to make sure I'm running full power ammo (not my USPSA 130ish PF loads) in my dual JTTC G45. I tried a reduced power recoil spring but only had a 13lb flat wire on hand and that was too light. Maybe a 15lb would be about right for running lighter ammo in your 26320, if you could find such a beast.
