I wanted Julianna to win, but Amanda crushed it. However, Juliana showed incredible heart and were it not for Amanda’s freakish strength, Juliana’s warrior resolve and truly incredible jujitsu off of her back would have carried it for Juliana, methinks.

Yeah that fight appeared to me to be what everyone thought their first fight would be if not for the upset.
Been a couple of impressive upsets though. Was really impressed with Leon Edwards sending Kamaru Usman on the sightless walk with that head kick in round 5.

I don't know what Amanda did, but her cardio was way better than the first fight.
What I really want to see is Nunes vs "the Bullet" 3. Hopefully with judges who are can actually score, because Bullet got robbed in the second Nunes fight.

The first was a much closer decision, if you watch the round by round breakdowns. Val never really came on until the end of round 2, and she owned round 3.
Round by round on the second, Val was way ahead. Hell, even Nunes looked "surprised" at the decision.
Bullet's main problem? She is a great counter-striker, but she usually doesn't carry the momentum in the first couple rounds.
Having said that, I wouldn't take a run at her, no matter the round number.
