I have a Huxwork Flow 556k, as of a week ago. While I don’t have a ton of rounds downrange with it yet, I am pleased with its performance on my 10.5” thus far.

FWIW, piston guns can sometimes see more improvement by low backpressure cans than DI guns, as piston guns are more gas sensitive than DI guns (hence why many piston guns come with AGBs from the factory). Even in the suppressed position, a piston gun can still be helped by having a low backpressure can, as there is still excessive pressure that can come back through the bore and into the receiver, just like with a suppressor tuned DI gun; not so much an issue with beating the gun to death at that point, but still increasing the amount of gasses to the shooter (the health angle being one of the main selling points for low backpressure cans to institutions).
