Editing threads

I can't seem to get in to edit stuff much of the time. In particular, my G19 sale thread is giving me fits. Any ideas?

I'm not either. I went to add a pic link to my EOW thread and don't see the EDIT button.

WAIT ..... I see it on this post. Weird. Does the EDIT button go away once someone has responded to the last post?

I wonder if it's time based ... you only see it for X minutes?

Correct. There's a time limit after which your post becomes non-editable.

The limit was supposed to be removed in the FSOT area, we'll check into it.

I am also running into the same issues. I wanted to display a (FULL) after my class was filled this morning, but I could not edit my main post. I just bumped it to full, but I sure do hate to give it an unnecessary bump. Especially since it is a full class.

Same same for me on the last few things I sold. I just had to bump them and asked in the post for the mods to mark it SOLD or delete it.
