    Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on your perspective, many docs don't do the finger wave anymore. In fact, I have to tell them to run PSA's on my annual physical bloodwork.

    And with my family history with prostate cancer, it’s an absolutely mandatory annual exam and PSA check. If I get a doc someday who won’t do it, I’ll get a different doc.
