Anyone can screw up and have a bad day and do a terrible job. It’s the cost of having humans run a business. Of course those same humans are also capable of humbling a person with their kindness and abilities.

I would like to know more about the story, and even if true, seems more like a fluke vs a real risk that one would face using LTT.

Reddit can be useful for certain things, but read with caution.

Speaking of Gray Guns, their parts work, mostly. I now have 2 straight triggers, and 3 short reset kits installed. One of each had to go back for "tolerance" issues. They were promptly turned around, and all is well. They are fantastic in my HKs. However, I personally would not send in the frame to have the work done, as that adds significantly to the cost. On the flip side, if one doesn't have the ability, patience, confidence, etc. then by all means. Paying $400 for $200 in parts, is cheaper than buying a new frame because you damaged something.
Taking a break from social media.
