A holster a year in the making finally comes to fruition

So who is recommended now for quality custom horsehide AIWB holsters?

With JRC off the table, my recommendation is the 5Shot SME, or find a kydex solution

5Shot ( will be a wait). TTGunleather and Kramer both make one but neither appears to really have any true AIWB features other than being straight drop.

if you really want a SME, call Ralston. I had a buddy get real lucky cause he called when someone coincidentally backed out (i'm guessing). With a wait of that long, some guys are "over" the pistol they ordered the holster for. Also, stalk the 5shot social media, as a buddy jumped on the notice a couple months ago that a SME for 1911 was for sale.
