Have you polished the feed ramp?
Another thing that I have done that may or may not be a bad idea is a little bit of lube on the bullet noses when they haven’t fed in different guns.
Usually I’ll wind up polishing or clearancing non structural parts of a feed ramp if I want better function.
The other thing to look at is the magazine follower because that can significantly influence the angle of the bullet feed.
I’ve changed the geometry of some follower rears in different guns so that the noses can tip up more freely in a magazine.
