An older gentleman I knew, 30 + years ago had one of those on something he called a Browning Double Automatic. He said it was very fast.

He was an old school warrior gentleman, very polite , very deadly. Behind the lines with Polish partisans etc.... Always educational to listen to.

When I was in my teens, the LGS for the carriage trade still had one NIB where they kept the scopes. After the business relocated, they closed out most of the older odds and ends... someone probably snapped it up for peanuts.

I was too dumb to glom onto it.

After watching the video yesterday, I checked GB...there was one listed with assorted accoutrement (mount, leather cover, etc.) with a BIN of $149. I checked this morning...it's gone.

They come and go in waves (the Nydars).

I really need to find one, because I want to mount it on my Winchester Model 25 when it goes off to VangComp.
