New 365 looks like! P365x macro

For me and my small hands the XL is perfect, especially with the Wilson Combat grips. The macro with standard grips doesn’t improve anything on the timer for me, and noticeably prints. Nice to have the macro mag for a reload though.

Edited to add: I actually occasionally have problems getting the standard xl mag fully seated during non-admin reloads, so the macro mag is pretty important for me.

Appears to be the long-awaited LE/.mil XL Macro, no comp sku. 3 mags. $600. Backorder, no ETA.

The text of the web page indicates a comp, but the picture does not look like it to me, if I squint hard enough. And is that a magwell?

Perfect. Planning on getting another Macro, this will save me from having to cobble together another one.

WTaF is going on with all the daylight under those iron sights on the "LE" Macros?

Sig has brown P365XL slide assemblies (everything except the barrel and recoil assembly) on sell for $250 and Midway has the 3.7” barrel on sale for $140. I’m going to give that combination a try because the 3.1” barrel X-MACRO thing just ain’t working for me. It has a bunch more recoil than a G19, and my G19X and G45 are much more comfortable.
I like my rifles like my women - short, light, fast, brown, and suppressed.

The XL RSAs are proving hard to find; they were in stock briefly at MGW yesterday morning, OOS currently but might be coming back in soon(tm):

I snagged an X-change kit for the slide, barrel and RSA from Proven Outfitters, and sold the grip and 2x12 rounders, so net outlay was $390 minus what I got for that (maybe $100), so $290. That with my P365X FCU in a Macro grip module and I had ended up with this:

How does a 365xl slide on a macro grip shoot vs the comp slide?

The XL slide on a macro is still going to recoil more than any G19 type variant.

It’ll always be more like a G48 unless you put a real compensator on the P365.

Looks like it has a magwell too. I would be in for.onemwith "normal" height sights and a manual safety for $600 for sure.
