They have a Macro with MS on the Sig site now. Don’t think it’s out in the wild yet.

I installed the Sig safeties on my P365 Macro. I used a new grip module with the safety cut from Sig. Whole job
took about 10 minutes tops, with no issues. A extended safety might be welcome as the Sig safety is a little
narrow.
