2011 Frame (only) advice, please

So, I decided to treat myself to a custom build for the first time in 20 years. When I had my last build done, you got a frame from STI or SV. It was sure a simpler time.

So looking now, it doesn't appear "Staccato" / STI or "Infinity" / SV sell the frames. So what 2011 frame suggestions does the knowledge base here have for a 2011 custom build?

JEM perhaps? They have several options. Government or commander and then steel or aluminum. Also several barrel ramp options and with or without a rail.
