    Matt Hoover’s (AKA CRS Firearms) legal team filed a motion to dismiss his case, citing the recent Bruen Supreme Court decision claiming that it confirms the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA) is unconstitutional.

    That reads like a hail-mary play to me. They don't do a very good job establishing that the NFA violates Bruen.

    Not sure how I would feel about my legal defense resting on the terms tchotchke and trinket, either.

    Here is a video of the two lawyers talking about the case. I hope they do a better job explaining their position to the court then they did with their YouTube viewers.
