    The ending of Rollerball my favorite Caan movie.

    Just a dog chauffeur that used to hold the dumb end of the leash.

    (Some guys in my old dojo back in the 70's used to tell me that they had sparred with him. I believe he was from Sunnyside, if I remember correctly.)

    In the mid 1980s, I was driving on Hwy 120 in Yosemite NP and a red Ferrari came around a corner at an insane speed. As it flashed past, I saw the driver with a shit-eating grin on his face. It was James Caan, or someone who looked just like him.

    That is a bizarrely great movie. I watched it in the theater a couple times when it came out and every time I see it on some streaming service I can't not watch it again. It's up there with Ronin in terms of late-90s-early-00s action. It's an almost perfect time capsule.
