Sig P365 slide won't go back on, FCU problem

After reassembling a pair of P365's with Boresite modules, this slide won't go back on the frame. It stops short when hitting g this part of the FCU, which is raised up higher than on my other two FCU's ( which sit just below the frame rails). There's spring tension on it and I can push it down a bit, but the slide won't past it. Any ideas?

In the pictures I can’t tell if the takedown lever is up, pull up the slide stop and rotate the takedown lever down as if to disassemble, then you can put the slide back on to reassemble.

It has to be fully rotated. I can re-create your issue by lifting up the slide lock which lets the takedown lever point to the 4 o’clock.



It should look like this



Lift the slide lock, rotate the lever to the second pic position.

Thanks, mine is all the way down, but whatever it engages isn't lowering that rear part.

Suspect that your takedown safety lever is not in place.

Or your aftermarket grip module is impeding it.

Put it back in the OEM module and see if that fixes it.
