Tam introduced me to BJ Campbell via twitter, I think. He's a really interesting dude, and his whole Substack (site? corner? columns? what are they, anyway?) is worth a look. He wrote a bunch on Medium.com, too; a lot of it has been ported over to Substack. His writings on how social media has created a monster landscape/self-perpetuating alternate-reality loop in peoples brains - he calls this an "Egregore" - are pretty fascinating.
