    Outdoor ranges are for the poors. Dude must be loaded. I tip my hat to him because I've always dreamed of having a range inside my suburban house.

    Yeah, 400k will buy you a nice piece of ground. You could probably even have a covered bay and berms or baffles for sound control and still be under 400k.

    If I spent $400k on a range it would look quite different.

    That’s a lot of money for a bullseye range.

    If you’re not going to hit the walls, why pay to armor them.

    A number of shops just use the wheeled heavy rubber backed traps in well ventilated rooms.

    If you are going to hit the walls, make it a shoot house or something that you could move in.

    I spent $35k on 20 acres, $3k to put berms in and probably another $3-4 to put gravel in.

    I have a bunch of old race tire I’ll use on top of berms and for vision barriers.
