I just ordered some beans from Yellow Spruce Roasters in downtown Scottsdale after a guy I know recommended them. The owner is a military vet/law enforcement.
Just a dog chauffeur that used to hold the dumb end of the leash.
I also just ordered some Yellow Spruce Roasters to try--will see how it goes....

I try to take all of life seriously--including the fun stuff!"Good to see someone taking home espresso seriously. Good machines you have there"
We have gone through several iterations of machines & grinders. I seriously wish we had just anted up and gone with the LaMarzocco espresso makers and Macap grinders from day one--would have saved money in the long run given all the machines/grinders that broke and/or did not pan out....

I have told myself that when my ship comes in (and I have said this since 1987)
I would set up one of these on my counter:

(Yes, I would buy a refurbished one for less $. Their service life is measured in half-centuries when kept moderately clean)

I was doing end-of-year budgeting and taxes one year and realized my wife had spent $4500 at Peets that year; quick math and I realized even a nice espresso machine would pay for itself in 12-18 months....
