    I'm one of the people who implements all this stuff, not the person who comes up with the changes, so I'm at the edge of my lane, but I don't think any one has nailed it down. It's weird because as I recall, it's more prevalent across veteran's in general, and not particularly linked to one branch of service, MOS, theater, etc.
    I was into 10mm Auto before it sold out and went mainstream, but these days I'm here for the revolver and epidemiology information.
