    Wich one(s) of Springfield 1911s are made in U.S.A.? I don't want a Brazilian 1911 no matter what.

    they all start from IMBEL Forgings.

    if you're OK with that, then the NM serial number prefix indicates more work was done in the US.

    My Range Officer has the NM serial # prefix and no mention of Brazil
