Thread: Marcus Wynne

    He is greatly missed.

I read all his writings that I could find fiction and non fiction.

I had the privilege of talking with him at 2 of Dennis Martin's USA classes and of taking a "Neural Based Combatives" class from him in 2010.

Some of his writings on training are posted on Dennis Martin's CQB Services website under "Thoubnts of Marcus Wynne".

I looked him up to refresh my memory. I have certainly read more than a few of his articles. RIP good sir. Very accomplished.

While poking around his site, I found this short story in his last blog post. Requires Amazon account. It's great! I may have gotten some dust in my eyes. Well worth the 5-10 min to read.

Thank you for posting this… there is a lot to unpack in that short story.

We even had a P-F thread about Taylor Swift’s protection detail some years back: https://pistol-forum.com/showthread....ts-Body-Guards

Decided to shelve the ho-hum book on Vikings I'd been reading and reread Wynne's Wylde series last night. After hearing Marcus speak on Louis Awerbuck, I've always wondered if his South African character, Deon, was loosely based on Louis.

Was just reading one of his books on Monday. We are diminished by his passing.
