I looked up my past Amazon orders and mine was $23 and it’s the 21 inch soprano ukulele size.

I originally bought it for a Kriss Vector.

I used the same method for a number of years. It still works well for the larger pistols, but I don’t carry those as much as I used to. It has assumed a more traditional role of rifle case of late. I paid $18 on sale for it.







The smaller pistol (8” .300j rolls in a 9/11 messenger bag. Pistol fits perfectly and I have the ability to carry additional mags, med kit, or even room to tuck a pistol or two in there if needed. I have a thinner brace on there now (Magpul) and there’s actually more overall width available in there at the top corner of the bag.

I ordered the Osprey bag linked above, and also found a NOS Think Tank TurnStyle 20 that was linked in the main Rattler thread. The Osprey was really well made, but the Think Tank is enough smaller and less tactical looking that I ended up returning the Osprey.

The Think Tank is truly minimum size, the folded Rattler with ROMEO4T on a Reptilia mount is almost an interference fit with additional mags in the outside pouch. As a bonus my Scorpion SBR fits, too.

The Arc’Teryx LEAF Courier Bag 15 is proving to be most difficult to find, anywhere. Reminder to self: NEVER wait, until later, to order something, if I know that I really want it.

Edited to add: I had not hurried, to get the Arc’Teryx bag, because I did not yet have a Rattler, or similar-sized PDW-ish weapon, but it is proving easier to find Rattlers, now, than the bags, and, I’d like to have the bag, now, regardless of whether I acquire a Rattler.

I was following an Arc’Teryx LEAF bag, on the evil-bay. It just ended at $360.00, US Dollars. Obviously, these are now collectible. I did submit a much lower bid, as soon as the auction started, so that I would get e-mail updates, but was unwilling to go very high, as the item description, and the three photos, were not very informative. (The best way to actually win, of course, is to submit a final, decisive bid in the last few seconds.)
