My last order was several weeks, the one before that at the height of covid it was even longer.

I ordered from them a few times when I was trying to Make It Work™ with heavy 10mm loads. Sometimes they shipped right away. Sometimes it took a while. I don't have an inside line on their ops, but I think if you order something and they have it sitting on the shelf it gets out the door pretty quickly, other wise it has to be worked into the production schedule.
