    New Benchmade fixed blade

    https://www.benchmade.com/539gy-anonimus.html

I’m pretty excited for this but still won’t get it. $3 bills is just a little too much when there’s a hundred other makers out there making the same thing arguably better for the same or less. Like Bradford, Three Rivers, etc. I bet it’ll be great though.

I'd opt for something from Carothers Performance Knives, new or used, before I'd grab the Benchmade.

It looks like Benchmade tried their hand at the 5" Freeman 451.

Oohh… I really like those bottom three. Third from the top reminds me of DPX HEFT. I almost bought that one several times.

@blues, I’m looking at the Bradford Guardian 5.5 in 3V rather than the BM. Any thoughts about that knife?

No personal experience. They seem to be pretty popular and I like 3v a lot...but I can't give you anything firsthand. I'd check out the reviews on bladeforums.

That's Carothers' "Kephart" knife in delta 3v with walnut scales.
