I haven't seen this device mentioned before. You slide the device over your hand and it allows the shooter to much more easily bumpfire the gun than just with their hand alone.
Apparently it's supposed to be more difficult for the ATF to regulate since it's not attached to the gun and therefore the gun is unmodified. Either way it'd be pretty easy to make your own with a 3D printer or a piece of wood and a jigsaw.
