The lower with integral trigger guard is definitely outsourced. It looks just like the other Anderson Colt Lowers.

As for the rest ? Who knows.. most important thing from a functional POV is does it have a Colt barrel and BCG ?

Thanks, I thought it was someone's kit bash upper on a Colt lower until I found the "Light Carbine" configuration and dug deep enough to figure out it's a 6900. For the $800+tax they're asking think I'd I'd rather pick up a gently used BCM, etc upper to drop onto my SOLGW project lower.
