We got about 4-5" (that's what she said! ).

Snow turned to sleet turned to rain by 9pm, which started melting/washing-off the snow. Temps when I went to bed at 10pm were just at freezing. At 4:50am this morning it is above freezing.

The plows ran all night, so the roads are cleared. What's on our driveway is a thick layer of slush, which I'll scrape off after the sun comes up.

Never flurried a flake here in central SC. The wife and kids were disappointed. Ok by me. Sitting just above freezing at 5:45am.

If you looked at a weather map yesterday it was pretty interesting. The northern part of the snow storm was in Ohio, and in the south it dragged a cold front that extended to Havana, Cuba. So everybody along a line 1400-1500 miles long got something.

Pretty much a light (one inch, maybe two?) nothing burger here north of ATL but shy of the higher elevation areas like Dahlonega, Blue Ridge, Ellijay etc. Yesterday it was melting about as fast as it fell mostly.

    31.4 F at the moment.
